“Bought this water jug as a Christmas gift.Jug is great but had problems with the swallow staying in, always getting lost. So I wrote to Hydrojug and asked to buy a couple of extra seals, nope couldn't do that BUT instead they sent a new lid/seal to me for FREE! They went above and beyond with customer service! Thank you very much for all you did! Definitely will be buying again from this company ..Excellent customer service is a must these days”
“The original lid that came with my jug broke after less than 2 months of use, and would also leak easily despite tightening. Hydrojug was kind enough to send me a replacement which had definite design improvements as it no longer leaks as easily and seems more solid overall.”
