“The lid itself is great, but it was shipped in a thin poly-mailer bag, and arrived with a straw literally sticking out of the bag (which was especially gross since the delivery person left the package in a spider web full of bugs outside of the garage door with the loose straw literally sticking out and into it). One of the lids from my order was also missing from the poly-mailer bag, which arrived ripped in multiple spots. It must have fallen out somewhere. There was a loose straw in the bag, which would have gone with the missing lid. The wrong lids were also initially sent, but Customer Service re-sent my order, and although there was still a lid mix-up, at least they all stayed in the package.”
