“I have really enjoyed my Traveler 32oz hydrojug. My biggest thing is that I am on my third lid. The first two if you screwed on the lid all the way- it was a struggle to get it off. Because of that struggle, my lid would start to pil/peel. I tried so many different ways to get it to not do that, but the end result was always the same. I purchased the first replacement lid, but reached out to customer service about the second replacement, which they replaced for free! So customer service 10/10, lid 6/10. Besides the pilling, the lid is leakproof and I am a straw lover so that feature is great!”
