“When I recieved my first lid with the cup, it 100% leaked and mold grew around d the straw's pivot within the lid. There's no good way of cleaning g that and it doesn't pop apart. When I asked to have it replaced, I wasn't helped at all the first time and was told they weren't making exchanges or doing replacements at the time. 2 weeks later, I emailed again, sent the order number, and got a free replacement.
