“the mum has lines missing in it making the etch not look very appealing…customer service was great when i reached out to them about this issue and sent a new one, but instead of letting me know that it just just how that etch is going to look and letting me choose another etch (for which i paid $10 for) i received it again looking the same. I was disappointed because it was a mother’s day gift.”
