I reached out to the company because I was getting mould in my lid and immediately they offered me a new lid and the one that they sent me was actually one that comes apart when I wash it so no mould can build up in it. These Hydro drugs are My Favorite. This is the fourth one that I own and I would highly highly recommend this company they are made to last and they stand behind their product with fantastic customer service.
