“I ordered my daughter the 20oz pink sand tumbler. Unfortunately, I had the the worst time with the lid. I have the same tumbler in the 40oz and zero issues. I reached out to customer service to explain the issue and they sent me a new lid. I've no issues since! The old kid would get stuck so bad that my husband had to use vice scripts to get it off. Thankful for a new lid and great customer service!”
