“I like jugs themselves no question. However I ordered one with a customized name and it took forever to get delivered. The customer service is practically non-existent. I emailed about the order and they asked me to either message them on insta. I messaged on insta and they said to email or use the live chat. Finally I got hold of the tracking number. For that reason I'm taking off a star.”
