“Poor customer service I don't answer back very quick. Had the wrong shipping address reached out to them to get address changed never responded back told me that I had to call the carrier to change the address. The carrier told me I had to call them to get my address, changed it took me forever to get them to answer the remote before they answered back finally I had to get rough with him and finally I got my product a month late poor customer service and not responding and not wanting to change my address.”
