“I was excited to receive this water bottle, and it looked pretty upon opening the package. However, the lid does not shut. After struggling for way longer than I would image spending on trying to get a lid to close, it went down and then would not open. When I turned it over, it started leaking all over the place. The lid is definitely defective, as I had another family member try it as well. The same thing happened on a second bottle that I ordered! This is 100 percent unusable. Customer service was so terrible - I would think they would stand behind their product, but they were so lackadaisical and basically said, yeah, it can be really hard to open and close (completely not even addressing that water leaks out as well). This is not just "hard" to open/close...it's unusable. They didn't even offer to let me exchange for bottles that are not defective, which means they likely receive numerous complaints of defective prodcut. I'm so beyond disappointed with the product and with the company.”
