“I made a purchase the first week of February where my package was supposedly shipped. It's been over 3 weeks, and I was completely ignored by the company from my MULTIPLE emails, IG messages, comments etc for over a week. Only when I consistently messaged the IG account did I FINALLY receive a response back about my order and where it is, which is still in the exact same spot as it was two weeks ago. Did they even send it At this point I'm not sure. Understandably packages and deliveries are slower due to covid, but I've had ZERO issues with any other company and have received all my packages (some from even further away) well before this one. Horrible customer service. By the time it comes I'll probably have purchase one from a more reliable company. Absolutely do not recommend.”
