“I love this leopard print sleeve, when I received it had a extremely strong chemical smell. After soaking and washing it 4 times, the smell was still there. I contacted customer service, they sent me a replacement. It smelled just as bad! Not sure what it is about this one, maybe the dye used makes it stink. But it's awful, I can't even use it!”
“I have used my jug for almost two weeks. I love the size of the jug. I love the wide opening of the lid, it makes it very convenient and easy to clean. I love the strap for the sleeve. It's great to be able to carry the jug on my shoulder. The only thing that I have noticed is the lid seems to leak when I tilt the jug to drink out if it. I have checked to make sure the lid was threaded properly and it is. I have closed the lid as tightly as possible but the lid still leaks. It's not just a drip of water it is several drips at once and it is very noticeable on my shirt. That's my only complaintconcern. Do you replace lids”
