“I'm very disappointed. I wanted a plastic bottle as opposed to stainless because after you fill it up they are so heavy. First off, I accidentally ordered two. By the time I went back and forth with them and figured out what happened I was out of the return window. So, now I have two huge, crappy water bottles. If they tip over water leaks EVERYWHERE. Last week while driving it tilled sideways in my canvas bag in my car. I literally poured water out of my bad when I get to work. And the straw design. go back to the drawing the board. On top of that it is damn near impossible to close with slamming your hand down on it to get it to seal. I've had for about 8 months. I keep my spare by my bed and it's fine there but I hate traveling with them. But, since I paid 50 some dollars for it I cant bring myself to not use it. Definitely would not recommendZ”
“Bought the gallon sleeve and it's the same as in the pic but nothing fits snug line it's supposed to. Way too big and nothing like the last one I purchased that fit perfectly. No wonder it was purchase with no return in this item.”
“I was really excited to get this jug but after about two weeks of use (no drops or abuse) the lid has been consistently leaking. I have tried tightening it, removing the lid and clearing out the liquid between the threads and nothing has worked. It leaks all over anything I place it on, be it my cars seats, things at work, or at home. At this point I just can't use it anymore because to drink out of it, I need a paper towel every time I take a sip and my coworkers get annoyed that it drips all over the tables or floor.
As for the straw, while it is said to be adjustable, it does not work for the gallon. I adjusted the pieces as far as they would go before falling off and the straw would still just fall into the jug below the mouth piece. Had to buy a longer one on Amazon.”
