“I only went with 4 stars because I ordered my Hydrojugs at the end of May. Shipping said 4-6 days, I got them over a month later. E-mailed twice and never received any e-mail in return. The jugs and sleeves themselves, once they finally arrived, are awesome. Love the pockets in the sleeve and the size. Definitely a great product, just not at all happy with the shipping time and lack of a response when inquiring about it.”
