Somehow the stitching has come completely undone and it's impossible to repair without looking obvious. As my third sleeve purchase, I'm pretty disappointed in the quality this time around.”

“When I had original ordered it I was told I would get the item within 5-7 business day. That was not the case. So I got in contact to try and figure out where it was. I was told then and there it hadn't been processed yet. So I then asked to return all the items while it hadn't even been processed to cancel the order as I wouldn't get them in time for the birthday. I was told I wasn't able to as it had be processed. Which contradicted what they had previously said but I let it slide as they told me I could return them as soon as I got them. Once I received them I went to the link they sent me to return the items, but it wouldn't let me for my full amount. I was extremely unhappy with the overall service and won't be ordering ever again. It took too long and I wasn't able to return my items for the full amount. So stupid and unprofessional for not giving the customer their full return”
