When I reached out to customer service and asked what jug I should buy to fit the sleeve I received they only offered me free shipping on my next order . .not which jug should fit my sleeve. so I gave up, did not return the sleeve, and cut my losses.

I feel like customer service is dead with your company like it is with so many other aspects of our society.

“I love my Hydrojug and I absolutely love this sleeve! The stitching isn't very tight and there's a gap between stitches so I'm worried about how long it will last - plus it arrived this way. For how much it costs, I really wish it didn't arrive like this. Aside from that, I love this sleeve and highly recommend both the sleeve and the Hydrojug products.”
