“My sleeve arrived ripped. I put in several tickets with my order number about the damage within the first few hours of receiving my item. It's been weeks later and no response. Apparently customer service is TERRIBLE!!!! I will not be ordering or recommending this to anyone else until this get resolved. This product was a total waste of money because who wants to carry around a ripped sleeve when it's brand new. It just sits in my closet currently so I am not reminded daily of the 65 dollars I wasted.”
