“This time was sent back because they deemed it “undeliverable” (the address was slightly off). It was delivered back to them over two weeks ago. I called them and they didn’t email me back until a week later. Then told me it looked like it was getting sent back to me. It was not. I let them know and they said they forwarded my email to whoever could handle simply getting a refund best. I still haven’t heard anything. Another week later. I’ve already purchased and had delivered another cup because it was a gift for someone. Had no issues with that one, but for some reason getting a refund or even store credit for this one is really difficult.”
