“I ordered 2 travelers during the main squeeze drop, only to be contacted a week later and be told my order was canceled due to lack of inventory. When I was upset about this, they sent me a different main squeeze cup, without asking me, which I wont use, because I only use travelers. So overall, very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I ordered 3 travelers in the new strawberry print and am hoping I actually get them because I was considering switching over to stanley, since they have a similar lid now. But I've loved hydrojug since I discovered you guys and have bought many cups but I wont continue to stay a customer if you can't fulfill orders.”
