“Love the color of this new bottle, but I was so sad that it didn’t come etched with my customization I added and paid for. Company said they will refund me to reorder it but now it’s going to take even longer to get and I’m hoping they send enough to cover the customization and the shipping, because they are requesting I send the other bottle back before they can send me the new one. It was their mistake in the first place and should make the customer happy. Never had a problem before this and am pretty sad and disappointed in the way it is being handled honestly.”
