“My Wife love your product however, you need to change the type of adhesive backed decal material you use. You are useing what the label industry calls a "permanent adhesive" wich when you remove the decal the adhesive stays on the cup and is very difficult to remove. You need to change the decal material to a product with a "removable adhesive". Your product is not cheap and it's very frustrating to spend that kind of money and not be able to remove the decal.”
“I ordered the hydrojug sport 40oz in merlot upon opening the box i noticed a sizeable chip in the coating at the bottom og the cup. I had to return the cup and reorder another. I got the seconda cup and everthing seems to be fine. It holds ice great there is no spilling when i hold the cup upside down or throw it in my bag. overall pleased with my second cup”
