“Love the design. However my cup doesn’t seem to stay cold or hold ice very long. Seems to melt even over night and sometimes within a few hours. I’ve always heard good things about this brand and maybe I got a defective one but I reached out to the company about it to see if this is normal and haven’t heard back”
