“Love the color of this! Unfortunately, after only not even 3 months the whole bottom started to peel off!! I contacted the website and they are sending me a new one. I've had plenty of hydrojugs before and never had this issue. Im just glad they are sending a replacement. Be aware their new policy requires you to actually scratch an x on the bottle and send a picture of it before your replacement can be shipped. It hurt my heart to do this to my bottle but I understand.”
