“I ordered a jug on the 29 Nov 2024 and was told it would take 10 days to arrive. After 2 weeks i had no update, so i emailed, and had no reply, i emailed again to hear nothing. So i got paypal involved and low and behold 2hrs later, tracking was available. Which was useless tbh.
The parcel finally arrived over 3 weeks later! I have not heard back from any of my emails.
The product its self is great, but due to the lack of communication i wont be buying from them again”
