“They cannot get a custom order correct, and the replacement is taking twice as long as the original. UPDATE: Since they sent me an email asking to revise my review, now its gonna be even worse. If I could give this product and its company 0 stars, I would. Failing to spell a 4 letter word correctly is wild to me, and then on top of that taking forever to send a replacement. Would not recommend this product to anyone.”
“I thought that the handle was flush to the bottle when folded. I carry it in my backpack for work. I have to put ice in the bottle to keep water cold. Overall I still give it a five.”
