“Loving it! I was looking all over for a spill-proof, leak-proof water bottle and this is the one! It looks cute, it's functionable, and it doesn't leak or spill. One thing that may cause that is closing the straw too fast after drinking so the water gets stuck in the straw and come out. Try closing your straw slower and letting the water travel back down in the bottle. Let us know if the issue still persists and send us a video of the leak at service@thehydrojug.com In the video show your straw being up for 2-4 seconds then close the straw and flip the bottle.
