“I bought 2 of these for Christmas gifts Nov 17. They didn’t arrive until after Christmas. I emailed customer service twice to check on the status of my order and they said it takes longer over the holidays and all they could do was have to return them when I receive them or give me 10% off my next order. Over all the cup is nice but the customer service is terrible!”
