“I’ve been an adamant supporter for Hudrojug but unfortunately I find that most of the items I’ve bought begin to leak. All (4) of the Shkrs I had started leaking and I switched to travelers and the new sport. Sadly both my lime Rickey and Kelly green sport have both began leaking as well. My 3 travelers haven’t, but I just can’t understand why the others were all okay and then began leaking later on. No more orders for me.”
One thing that may cause that is closing the straw too fast after drinking so the water gets stuck in the straw and come out. Try closing your straw slower and letting the water travel back down in the bottle. Let us know if the issue still persists and send us a video of the leak at service@thehydrojug.com In the video show your straw being up for 2-4 seconds then close the straw and flip the bottle.
