“Customer service was horrible…I contacted them after a month of not receiving my order…then all of the sudden the order was shipped ( was supposed to be shipped 5-10 days after my order)no one was getting back to me after numerous emails. Poor customer service will never order again from
them.”

“I love the color of my Hydrojug but the ice doesn't last as long as my other hydro flask. Also it takes a little more effort on using the straw water does not flow out easy. The good point is that it doesn't leak if tipped over.”
