“I dont have any issue with the design art. I was excited to try the product. The thing that disappointed me was the ice. melted quicker then any other tumler i have had. i always wash cups and test them out when i first received them. I went ahead and put ice and cold bottle of water at around 4pm left cup closed and inside my hhome. tested the spill by flipping it upside down. nothing spille dout . I left and came back few hours later and the ice had gone done if not havlf way then almost half way. so this was saddening becaus ei expected for it to least stay iced until the next day around the same time and it failed.”
