“This is my daughters second stainless steal jug, and the straw does not fit snug in this new one. The original straw that came with her new one wouldn't stay and neither did the replacement. She has to constantly remover the lid and put the straw back, which is inconvenient since you can't drink without it.”

I kept looking and looking online but couldn't find them finally was directed to order through customer service and they pulled and invoice up for me and it was shipped and wala! New straws!
