“I have wanted a hydro jug forever and was so excited to get mine. I love the handle and strap. Those two features are awesome. However, it's so hard to close. My jug has fallen over and dumped it's entirety multiple times because the flap just never seems to close right. It takes a tremendous amount of effort to get that thing locked up.”
