“Works great for the normal jug, but for the gallon it's essentially useless. You have to extend it with the bottom piece, which is easy enough, but as soon as you close the top it shrinks back and then next time you open it, you have to fish around for it. I've ended up just using it either without the lid, or without the straw.”
“Not reliable for the gallon jug I bought. Keeps falling apart or getting stuck into the jug therefore keep having to either stick my finger in it or open the cover.”
