“I loved these bottles for the first couple of months. Recently brown spots which appear to be mold have spread all over the rubber base of the straw despite cleaning it daily. I tried everything to clean it off and when I reached out to customer service they told me mold isn't covered by their warranty. I have other bottles with similar straws that do not have this issue and were much cheaper. I will no longer be recommending or gifting these to my friends and family”
“It got broken in shipping. So I didn't get to use the straw at all. I was frustrated but decided that drinking out of the lid was fine even if the straw would be more convenient.”
