“Haven't used it much, but it is great for when your in the office and don't want to Chuc your drink. It fits perfectly in the bottle and you can change the height of it. I love that you can close it inside of of the bottle and when you open the cap it pops up a little bit so you don't have to fish it out. You can decide whether you want the tip of the straw or not you just have to adjust the silicone bottom accordingly. Great Product!”
