“Overall good quality. My complaint is really about the shipment. Took almost a month to have it delivered. 1st shipment was lost and they mailed a replacement without notification that it was being replacement. Received no feedback or a courtesy refundcredit for the delay.”
“I expected the straw to fit into the opening of the jug better. I think they would fare better if they created a straw cap that attaches to the long straw, and then around the opening that is flexible so it would go down into the opening when you close the cap. Since the current straw does not do this, it moves around a lot and springs up when you open the cap and makes the bottle hard to open because of the pressure from the flexible part on the bottom of the straw that goes down.”
