“I had a similar one from a bottle I've bought off amazon that was much cheaper. It worked SOOOO well, this was a disappointment. They are the EXACT SAME but this is shorter to fit the hydrojug. The flaw is the straw seems to not be designed for this hydrojug. You have to use you finger to push the straw in before closing the lid. That is SO unsanitary. My other bottle, when I push down the lid, it would push the straw (my finger doesn't need to touch the straw). So I made a modification by cutting the straw shorter and in some ways it was a success and a failure. Sometimes it was too short and when I open the lid, it pops out too fast and the white part goes flying. I finally lost the white part. So now I have just the short straw part and I can still manipulate it with my tongue a bit to use it OR sometimes I give up and chug.”
