“The water bottle was not as good of quality as I expected. I wanted to return the bottle but customer service said I would only get 9 refunded to me when I spent 25. They said they don't refund shipping so I have to pay to ship the bottle back when I wasn't satisfied with the purchase. Very unfair and terrible customer service. Will not buy again and will certainly not recommend.”
