Unfortunately, I placed my order over 1 month ago, and I still haven't received it. Customer service has been helpful and reshaped my order, however it's untraceable and I have no idea when or if I will be receiving my order at all. Very disappointed to say the least, as I have heard such great things about the quality of these products.”
