“Honestly whenever I first got it I didn't like how it worked but then once I figured out how it actually used it I love it. It's great whenever you don't want to keep lifting up the jug”
“The end of my straw constantly comes off and you have to stick you finger in the jug to readjust your straw which is very unsanitary not happy so I just don't use my straw .
When you close the jug it pushes down on the straw so you must remove the straw each time in order to use it not user friendly at all frustrating”
