“The removal plastic triangle on the top of the straw keeps falling off when I try to drink out of it, and the lid isn't staying closed with it on either. I can get the lid closed but then it pops open... I don't know if it's human error or the product needs a better design. The water bottle on the is great!”
“I'm glad I got the bottle and sleeve half off. The bottle sweats like crazy and will not keep water cold for long even if there is a lot of ice in it.”
“Hydro straw top kept coming off in the beginning which was frustrating, until I realized it can kind of be screwed on to tighten. No directions there. Also the top of the straw had a piece of the plastic chipped. However it didn't affect the function. Once I realized my mistakes the straw has been great!”
