“The straw is helpful if you don't want to drink from the spout of the jug, which is wide. You have to put pressure on the straw with your finger in order to put it back in the bottle, which can be unsanitary. You cannot just close the spout lid to get the straw back in. Majority of the time the straw gets stuck in an awkward place, so then you have to take off the lid in order to get it to pop out. The design and concept was an good idea buy improvements need to be made.”
“One of my straws had difficulties at first because I was sucking in air when I was drinking. I think the problem is fixed for now. Not for sure what the issue was.”
