“I don't use the hard plastic piece that came with it. But I love the silicone piece at the bottom, which you can adjust. This lets you adjust it to the perfect height so that the straw pops up through the lid opening where you want it.”

“Overall enjoy the jug. Does not keep water cold for long at all & lid doesn't seal well when bottle tips.”
