“This is my second Hydrojug. I purchased a second jug after I dropped my other one from about mid thigh level. The impact caused it to crack and it began to slowly leak. I found the return policy to be not very accommodating. Additionally, my tumbler does a much better job of ensuring the ice doesn't melt right away like in my Hydrojug.”
