“I bought it so my drink would stay cold for my 13 hour shifts and I work in the air conditioning and my ice was melted within 3-4 hours. My Husband just got a different brand of cup and he had ice 12 hours later in his! I'm so upset! :( I just would like my money back please. I'll send the hydro jug back!”
