“The plastic top just sits on the straw it doesn't connect firmly so when you try to drink it's as if you were drinking out of a straw that were cracked. You just suck up a bunch of air I don't see the purpose of the plastic piece but without it the straw is a little too short. Poor design I don't get it.”

“Love how the straw is flexible so it pops up when you open the lid, and closes easily. The only complaint I have is the top of the straw is not as secure to the straw as I would like, I have to re-attach it frequently, but it works perfect.”
