“Hate the mechanics of the straw. The top is constantly coming off and won't properly stay on after adjusting a million times. It makes it hard to close the lid and it makes me scared that the top will pop open and spill while I'm traveling with it or working out. Also always need to keep fishing it out of the jug. Everyone that bought this should be compensated with a replacement that ACTUALLY WORKS AND DOES ITS JOB.”
