“The straw and the mouthpiece do no stay together. I asked about this via chat on the website and was told I would basically need to œbreak in the mouthpiece by putting it on firmly each time. I've had this over a month now and it is no easier to keep on than it was in the beginning. The mouthpiece nearly falls off into the jug. I think making the actual straw part just a little bit longer and doing away with the mouthpiece would make more sense, I honestly don't see the point in it.”
