I can't get my water bottle to close without having to use one hand to shove and hold down the straw while I'm quickly trying to close the lid without the straw popping back up. Absolutely love my jug but highly disappointed with the straw. It ended up being a waste of money as it's now just sits, shoved it in the junk drawer.”
