“It has been 1 month and 2 weeks and I still have yet to receive my jugs and skin. I would have never ordered if I would of known I was never going to get them. I was told to wait a little bit longer and it should be there.”
“It took me a little bit to get it set in my jug. I couldn't get the mouth piece to stay, but I pushed it down pretty far and now it's staying on. I do have a question, though. The jug did get some mold in it because I guess I didn't drink the water fast enough. I put it in the dishwasher, but it did remove it. The brush cleaning set is out of stock, so I don't have anything to clean it. This is kind of a set back, because I don't feel comfortable using it.
